Cash gifts buy the food and clothing we cannot collect, and cover a family's emergency in the week it happens. Credit, debit, PayPal or Venmo.

Non-perishable food and clean, wearable clothing, dropped off at Sudie's Place. Our family sorts and stores everything ourselves.

Sorting, folding, packing boxes, carrying them out to a car. Tell us a day or two that works and we will match you with a shift.

What we provide

Food

Non-perishable groceries. Canned vegetables, soup, tuna, peanut butter, rice, pasta, cereal, shelf-stable milk.

Clothing

For adults and children, sorted by size. Coats, boots, gloves, and new socks and underwear in the winter.

Emergency assistance

Direct help for a household in a hard month, given with compassion, dignity and respect.

Everything we provide is free to the person who receives it.

Made With Love By Mom

Named for our mother

Stan and Louise Weller raised nine children in Walworth, New York. Mom kept a garden, made jam, clipped coupons, and sewed many of our clothes, always with a Made With Love By Mom tag inside the shirt or the pants. Dad taught and coached for a career, and people still tell me they remember him. Mom never asked to be noticed. Eleven By Louise is a tribute to her, and Sudie's Place carries the nickname her brother gave her when they were children.
